After watching the baboons, then heading into the monkey house, Bryson enjoyed some monkeying around of his own!

It's official, Bryson is a big boy.... okay, don't worry I'm not jumping the gun but it sure is a wake up call when you have to lower the crib because you realize it's only a matter of days before your son figures out how to get out. Bryce wasn't so sure about the change and it's a lot harder to "sneak" out of the room now but at least we know there won't be a 'thump -wahhhh' in our near future!
And who can resist a few good tub pictures. It's getting harder and harder to catch the little stinker when he's still so I apologize for the bluriness! The last picture is Bryson's decision to teach himself how to swim. Nate called me into the bathroom to show me the position he had gotten himself into. Thankfully Nate grabbed him before he got a faceful of water! i guess we better start those swim lessons soon!!
Yes, that is my son... sitting in the sink, chewing on the faucet. Why you may ask? Well after the first diaper blowout we've had in months, I decided the wipes weren't cutting it and Bryce needed a rinse. Well he wasn't too happy about this and I was on my own so the sink seemed like the fastest and easiest option. Bryson, however, wasn't content until I allowed him to chew on the faucet! And his big thank you once I had him cleaned and dried off.... he peed, all over the bathroom! Ah... the joy of boys!
Bryson has a friend named Luca! Luca is 3 weeks younger than Bryce. Luca's mom Amy and I worked together last year at Minooka Elementary. We originally had the same due date, but Bryce was early and Luca came a bit later than expected! The boys first met in October... it was fun to see how the "compared" in size. In October, neither little guy was very interested in the other but Amy and I enjoyed the time to catch up.
