Every Monday morning, Bryce and I go to gym class. Each gym class begins with stretching and a 'warm-up' song. Then we do an obstacle course and a few acticities. Bryson took some time to warm up to his teacher, Coach Jen, but having our friends Smitha and Anya there helps a lot! In just a few months Bryson has amazed me with his new skills. He can walk the balance beam while only holding one of my hands, he can hold on the the bars and swing, he can do sommersaults very well and loves to flip backwards over the rolling mats.
We went to the DuPage County Children's Museum with Marlene and Maya. Both kiddos slept on the way there and were in a relatively decent mood when we got there. It took Bryson some time to warm up to the place but once he did, he had a great time with Maya. I think Bryce's favorite part was the wind tunnel, which is funny because he really doesn't like wind. Maya loved the water table and managed to stay dry herself while soaking Bryce! He thought it was great!! Afterwards we went to the mommy's favorite restaurant, Noodles. It was a great day!
